We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you might seek a refund. However, please be aware that we have a strict "No Money Back Policy" after our services have commenced, except as expressly stated below:
1. Credit Consultation Services
Once you have engaged our credit consultation services, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. This policy applies to all credit consultation services, including but not limited to credit analysis, credit improvement plans, and ongoing credit monitoring.
We are dedicated to delivering the best possible service to assist you in improving your credit profile and financial situation. If you have any concerns or issues with our services, please contact our customer support team, and we will make every effort to address and resolve them promptly.
2. Digital Products and Courses
For digital products, including online courses, e-books, and other educational materials, we offer a product credit. If you are dissatisfied with a purchased digital product we give you a credit of the amount pretax and within 5 days from the date of purchase even if you have not downloaded or accessed the product, we will give you a credit for future purchase.
To request a credit for a digital product purchase:
In exceptional cases, such as technical errors on our part or failure to deliver promised services, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that a refund is warranted, it will be provided as outlined in this policy.
